These three victims we know Dexter have killed, but the Miami PD havn´t associated the deaths of these with the Bay Harbor Butcher

In the series we have seen the Miami PD find 18 bodies and also 1 more killing from the Bay Harbor Butcher. We have only seen 13 killings during all of the episodes and three of them is not associated with the Bay Harbor Butcher storyline in the series.

Another trivia in this matter is also that in the series if you look close you will see that Dexter have 27 blood samples in his little box in episode 2 season 2. Two more killings have occured since then so the count of his killings are 29, perhaps more. In the last episode - “Resistance Is Futile” there are 46 blood samples in the box.
